Delivery timelines will vary based on location and shipping method selected, an estimated delivery timeline will be provided at checkout. Please factor in order processing into the total timeline.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated by Canada Post. The rates provided during checkout are based on size, weight, and destination of your order.
We offer free shipping for Canadian orders over $150 before tax. Shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Returns/exchanges/order cancellations/etc.

If you need to cancel an order, please email info@canadaland.com as soon as possible so we can refrain from processing your order.
International shipping
We are not responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes on international shipments.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders, or items damaged in transit. That said, get in touch if you have any issues and we will help out as best we can from our end. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. Once a package is remitted to the postal carrier, Canadaland is no longer liable for it. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier.
